Just a reminder of the nominated men's relay teams for the world champs.

4x100m: Anthony Alozie, Matt Davies, Isaac Ntiamoah, Aaron Rouge-Serret

4x400m: Ben Offereins, Steven Solomon, John Steffensen, Sean Wroe

Looks like ther 4 x 100m team should be in pretty good nick by the time they run in Daegu. All 4 lads inside 10.5 on the weekend.

Still some concern over where Sean Wroe is at, although he has demonstrated in the past that he can improve fairly quickly when it's championship time.

How big is the PB for Williams? 10.46 seems a lot faster than he had been running.
It's good for the relay guys to get some competition from Mitchell Williams when he's in top form. Should be exciting to see him in the summer.

Mitch Williams should be in the relay squad for the world champs. I would put him in as number one. Only has to change the baton once.
my team - 1 Williams-Swain, 2 Rouge-Serrett, 3 Davies, 4 Ntiamoah.
