From the QAL website - announcement of the new handicapper.

LATEST NEWS

Congratulations to Wayne Neuendorf who is the new handicapper for the 10/11 season. Wayne has been on the QAL committee for the past few seasons and has been instrumental in developing a new runners data program. Thanks must go to the outgoing Handicapper Bob Cook who has will be off travelling the world. Other new additions to the Committee is David Peiniger and Mark Bennetts both of who bring a great deal of experience both as runners and officials.

Not such a good start, gives 15 in a 110m race to a 16 year old. Marks are too inflated in Queensland.
