Hey Paul -

wonderful work, thanks ...

but in the YouTube clip of the Womens 100m Final, just after the race starts, who is the dork who stands up in front of the action? Uh oh, it's me ... sorry ...

Best wishes from Brett

Noticed in the State Champ results that Hodge beat Wrench Doody but at Colley Wrench Doody had to give Hodge a start but still beat her.
Is Hodge looking to ease her mark out a bit or has Wrench Doody got her measure on grass.
Or was Hodge simply having a hitout for this weekend whilst Wrench Doody was going for the win.

Another post from yet another alias but from the same person who has had most of his posts deleted. But he keeps coming back. And surprise, surprise another comment about a YGTS athlete. This time it isn't James Boden.

As much as this '????????' post appears innocent; given its origin, it's difficult not to think it's written with the intention of creating a 'situation'.

We now have a 'no (anon) dickhead' policy, so I'm only leaving your post as the final warning.

Start offering something constructive.

It was a good run from both girls. I would 'assume' that Leanne has had a long season with plenty of racing, whereas Alicia has come back from injury and looking forward to racing after a heap of training to overcome whatever injuries she has had.
Without knowing much about their previous few months of training, I could only assume Alicia is trying to get a few races in before nationals (now she's injury free), and Leanne is tapering to freshen up for the nationals. None the less, both girls are pretty even, on both surfaces, I would probably say they both will run about 11.85 - 11.95 at nationals this year? It's good for both of them to have each other running this time of year - however their preparations (at this point in time) have been different one would assume, thus may have influenced their performances over the last 2 times they've met?

Thanks Nitta,

Good to get an independent view which pretty much sums up the situation.

For obvious reasons I can't answer the specific query put by ????????.

So I do appreciate another point of view.

I reckon Alicia might have Leannes measure if their both fit. Wasnt down at Colley on the weekend but after watching the video, it was a reat run. Would of been good to see it live though.

Lets hope both girls do South Australia proud at Nationals, we'll be cheering for ya!!!
