Johnny Haysman - Adelaide legend, still doing his 'thing'

Go down  Message [Page 1 of 1]

When I first moved to Adelaide, it wasn't long before I took a walk through Rundle Mall and saw Johnny Haysman in his mankini and gumboots with a koala backpack. He was a sight to behold and quite amusing. Johnny loves to make people smile and walking around the way he does, definitely did that.

He use to wander down Colley Reserve around Bay Sheffield time and Colin Rowston once got him to attend the Camden Dinner for an interview and run in the footballers' race.

He's from Clare and works in the wine industry.

We haven't heard about Johnny lately and we don't see him in the city much now days.

Recently he appeared on Facebook in a video dancing out the front of Adelaide Oval which attracted a lot of comments from people who remember Johnny and were keen to see how he was going.

This video of Johnny washing a car where I think he's taking off a scene from a movie is pretty funny.

So here's a Friday Funny.  lol!
