Does anyone know if Ringwood AP's count as a tick to Stawell handicap or whether Stawell is already locked down by then? Traditionally the Stawell handicaps will come out 10 days before which is after Ringwood.

As far as I'm aware Stawell is locked down. All races are non penalty for Stawell  except for The 400.
