1 Grass spike pins on Wed Mar 22, 2017 2:45 pm

Am new to this forum and to pro-running. Can someone help out on where to buy grass spike pins and what size is best for performance on grass.

Am currently using 13mm.

Thanks in advance.

Runners World in Kew. I like minimum of 15mm but up to 18mm if you are young and not worried about calves and Achilles.

If you're on the west side of town, Sims Sports in Moonee Ponds.
