We regularly work over our athletes muscles to help with their preparation on competition days but does it actually work? This article clearly articulates that more research is needed but there are a few benefits from the process. I would think that even the psychological benefits are worthwhile in our sport.

May be time to go back to study, I will need some volunteers though.
