Welcome Back JB.
Noticed by the results in the paper of the City to Bay that your form wasnt as slick as could be but you have obviously been doing a bit of work.
Also just think the 800m field contains a lot who are looking at running anywhere but 1st.
For example one of the runners has the form of 2nd,2nd,3rd,5th,4th. Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Thank you Whispers.

I am not sure how much more slick you can get for running once or twice a week.. but sure. Strong emphasis on the bit part of work as well.

Other tipsters have:

0ver 45 200m,Turner,Cassidy,Stokes (tips by Whispers)

200m O45- Burns, Stokes, Turner (tips by racingmania)

....
The third of three heats has Burns chasing Stokes chasing Turner.

Only two will get through. Sorry racingmania.

Then in the final, Peake will be the early leader after a big heat win.

Chasing from the back will be Biggsy.

I hope to be in the final and if I am I hope to win.

My tips - 1 Peake 2 Turner 3 Burns or Stokes
