1 Robbie Spencer now coaching at Williamstown on Tue Mar 15, 2016 11:14 am

Since Jim Bradley passed on, there hasn't been anyone with a stable based at Williamstown.

So it's good to hear Robbie Spencer is starting a new running stable. As such he will be coaching sprinters (70m-400m) for both the VAL calendar and the AV Shield. Training will based at Williamstown Athletics Club, Newport. Winter training for the 2016/2017 season will start mid-April.

Training session's during the winter will be typically on Tuesday (5.30pm), Thursday (5.30pm), Saturday (10am) & Sundays (9am).

Williamstown is a great location for training for running as it has a newly built gymnasium, an extended 100m front straight (now 120m to facilitate Gift distances), close proximity to the beach for beach/recovery sessions and a well surfaced track.

Robbie also offers coaching to juniors on a Tuesday & Thursday from 4.00pm.

Enquiries @ or catch up with him at the Stawell Gift.
