How is the dedication (some say stupidity) of this man, Richard Norris.

Saturday, he ran at the Warragul meet in Gippsland Victoria in a number of events and then jumps on a plane bound for Brisbane to be part of a 4 x 400 Masters Relay team that scored GOLD on Sunday.

Unbelievable !!!!!

It looks like another big weekend for Richard!

Ararat on Saturday (2.5 hr drive from Melbourne) and the Hensley Gift on Sunday (Botany Bay, Sydney)!

Good luck Richard.
