Athletics Australia has issued the following statement regarding sprinter Anthony Alozie.
“Athletics Australia can confirm that sprinter Anthony Alozie has been served with an Infraction Notice from the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Agency (ASADA) referring to an alleged Athlete Whereabouts Violation of Article 6.4 of the Athletics Australia Anti-Doping Policy. The violation arises out of two Filing Failures and one Missed Test.
“Alozie has since indicated that he does not intend to appeal against the Infraction Notice.
“It has therefore been determined that a 20-month period of ineligibility is appropriate in Alozie’s case, starting from 13 September 2013. Alozie will be eligible to return to competition on 13 May 2015.
“In accordance with Article 19.9 of the Athletics Australia Anti-Doping Policy, Alozie’s results from the date his sanction to present have been disqualified, with all resulting consequences including the forfeiture of any medals, points, and prizes.
“Athletics Australia remains steadfastly committed to working with ASADA and complying fully with the WADA code.”

second team member aussie Olympic relay team mr ross has yet to surface with his appeal???? wait much longer and two year;s will be up

I am wondering if you are disqualified are you subject to more scrutiny or are you on leave out of site out of mind??? cyclops
