Is it only Victorians who get fined for losing metres between semis and final? At Maribyrnong, three finalists got fined $200 x 2 and 1 x $75.
At Euroa one athlete lost more than anyone at Maribyrnong but got no fine? He did it in 70 and 120 and no penalty? Special rule for Interstate athletes?Stewards  are a joke with how inconsistent they are.
