Happy New Year to all.

As many of you may know, Melbourne Athletic Development has partnered with the VAL and the Albury, Ballarat and Bendigo Athletic Clubs to present a three-part running injury workshop series. The series is aimed at coaches as well as athletes, and looks to explore aspects of running and their relation to injuries. The series will utilise simple and practical coaching tools, as well as opening discussion across professional running, strengthening knowledge in this area.

The workshops will be presented by qualified Physiotherapists and Strength and Conditioning professionals, all of whom have competed in the Victorian Athletic League. Further information regarding times, costs and specific topic details of each workshop can be found here. http://www.melbourneathleticdevelopment.com.au/val-injury-series/

Tickets to the first workshop on 26th January are on sale now. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our team via email. us@melbourneathleticdevelopment.com.au

Cheers

John Nicolosi
