Good to see the Henley program includes the first 400m events of the season.

Interestingly three races have been cut from the program reducing the number of sashes to 10 (from 13 in 2012) for the night. Three 800's have gone - Women, Under 14's & the novice.

No problem with this as last year's program went far too long for a Friday night program. Just a pity one of the races to go was a novice event.

Just hope the stewards are out and about at Henley as I think there will be more runners going around trying to get an extra 2m for Camden than trying to win a sash worth around $120 to the winner and lose 2m.
Leons a lot smarter than the average bear and those planning to just amble around wont be rewarded.
So if you are wanting to waste a run ,go out and do just that

We have Stewards? Will this be a non-penalty meet?

I doubt it! Why would any race outside of December be non-penalty? If you are moving well and you don't want to get spoken to, just don't run. Leon has showed in the past that he won't tolerate people who don't give 100%
