Fast

I don't think the standard lift of 1.5m is enough.

It appears that most got 1.5m with a selective few getting more.

The handicapper this year has not followed the system and not all runners were given there AP (0.25m) increments. Discretion handicapping is back, for better or worse it is clearly back.

To be honest Powell would have injure himself not to win. He is clearly 2 to 3m faster than any other recent international and an extra 0.5m will not be enough for any locals.
