Why is one 70 at the start of the day and one at the end?

Additional info.
St Bernard's are providing the ground and rooms for no charge this Sunday. Entry is free for all. There will be a charge of $5 for each car. Please runners pay up the $5 dollars. I will be checking the streets with my stanley knife for all "space evaders".

Hello Guess Who.
timetable restraints. There isn't as many events to fill in gaps. The two 300 metres events (worth $1500ea )are the main events, so deserve first consideration. It is unlikely that anyone in the women's/vets 300m is in the Backmarkers 70metres and likewise it is unlikely that any one in the front 70m will be in the 300 open final. Unlikely but not impossible.
