Perfect Gift for Keilor's 150th

Brimbank Weekly
Feb. 12, 2013.

THE Keilor Gift remains one of the main lead-up races to the Stawell Gift.

The best sprinters from the Victorian Athletic League will converge on Keilor Recreation Reserve for what is forecast to be a scorching Saturday.

The defending champion of the 120-metre Gift is Andrew Robinson, while the women's 120-metre race holder is Bridget Oakley.

This year's instalment will hold extra significance for the local area.

Keilor's township is celebrating its 150th year and the Gift will be the centrepiece to the big occasion.

The action begins at 12.30pm with 11 races on the card.
