We had some really fast movers last night;

Women's 200m saw our new training partner from Swaziland run a pretty quick time. She is here with us until December but hopefully comes back to Perth to train. She ran 53 for the 400m at the Olympics and this girl can really move.

There would have been about a 1.5m tail wind too.

Mangar ran in the 100m and 200m last night and recorded another set of quick times.

2 879 Dreyer, Alex M Athletics Wa* 14:57.6h

The Mens 800m saw Jonas Aranda, who is trying for a World Junior Qualifier give me a bit of a fright when he came flying past me with 220m to go.
