Preliminary round of women's 100m scheduled for Friday night (Adelaide time) at 7.10pm involves four heats of sprinters from 'developing' nations. First two in each heat and next two fasstest will advance to the heats.

Toea Wisil (PB: 11.49) from Papaua New Guinea, who trains with Sharon Hannan on the Gold Coast is in the fourth heat and is the only athlete in the heat with a PB inside 12 seconds.

The actual heats of the women's 100m featuring all the main contenders including Melissa Breen start 3.35am (Adelaide time) or 7.05pm London time.

Men's Preliminary round for the developing nation's athletes is on Saturday night at 6.30pm (Adelaide Time).

The men's 100m heats start at 9.00pm (AT) on Saturday night
