1 New Protrack Forum - Coaching & Training on Fri Jun 29, 2012 10:00 am

From 1st July, a new forum will start up on Protack entitled Coaching & Training.

This forum is for the discussion of all coaching & training matters including methods & concepts for:
Biomechanics & physiology;
Strength & conditioning;
Recovery & regeneration;
Planning & periodization.
Sports science research papers & discussions.

And in particular - coaching tips & strategies unique to pro-running.

All existing items relating to coaching & training in the GENERAL forum will be transferred to this forum.

It would be fantastic if coaches in our sport could post coaching tips & info to this forum.
