one week to go, revised predictions ...

the weather bureau says:
warm and clear with light winds

I say:
"sweet"

the Team Townley grapevine says Lyn Peake is a no-show ...

no leaks from the Brian Hart camp - what a pro ...

so we have ...

Stokesy's tips for the podium

Hart and Stokes dead heat first
Saliu
Jefferies

Will it be Brian vs Brett at Tea Tree Gully?

Will it be B versus B at TTG ?

I hope so ...

Now the marks are out ...

Lots of entries, so there will be five heats ...

Getting into the final will not be as easy as it was last year when there were only three heats ...

Sue Turner off 39m -
looks a good chance

and so does
John Turner off 25m

Ali Saliu off 10m -
same mark as last year, also a good chance

Brian Hart off 60m -
a 5m hit since his huge 2010 win off 65m

Brett Stokes off 28m -

a 6m hit since my big win last year off 34m
equates to another big challenge for me

I get to chase youngsters like Alex Jefferies and Ross Hill-Brown and Wayne Edwards and Nando Princi.

I will give it my best effort ...
