Training at Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park for VAL members

Please note that training is now available at the new athletics track at Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park. To be eligible to train at Lakeside Stadium you must be a 2011/12 financial member with Athletics Victoria.

Those VAL members who are also a financial member of an AV club will be permitted access to train under these arrangements. VAL members not with an AV club can take out “Associate Membership” with Athletics Victoria by following the link below.

Please list "Victorian Athletic League" as your athletic club and forward the form, together with payment details to the VAL office.

The cost for associate membership is $40. Forms may be faxed or emailed to the Victorian Athletic League.

Lakeside Stadium is accessible to AV Members only between 3pm and 8pm from Monday to Friday, subject to availability. The booking calendar is set to become available to the public in the near future.

Until such time as a paid MSAC membership system is introduced by the State Sports Centres Trust, entry will be free, with members required to present their 2011-12 AV membership cards upon entry.

All conditions are subject to change at the discretion.
