The SAAL is having a problem with its on-line entry system. The following message has been posted on its website:
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently experiencing an issue with our Paypal payment system which is preventing registrations and nominations being completed. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We will send out a group email to notify you once the payment system is back online, and will ensure that there is enough time given before the Port Adelaide meeting nominations are closed to ensure that all athletes who wish to enter this meeting have adequate time to do so. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

So at the moment it appears Port Adelaide entries will be extended until the problem has been resolved. At this stage there should be at least a couple more days before Port Adelaide will officially close.

The SAAL's entry books are now available at the SAAL office in Mile End.

Overall the season looks pretty good, with the Hectorville meet scheduled for Friday February 18 offering a great opportunity for the sport to be promoted in the Eastern suburbs. The Hectorville program includes a $2000 Gift.

FROM THE SAAL OFFICE

The issue with the Paypal payment system has now been resolved. You should now be able to complete League registrations and nominations on this site. The closing date for the first meeting of the season at Port Adelaide has been extended to 12.00pm Thursday September 23rd.

Please contact the League office if you have any difficulties entering your registration or nomination details. Thank you for yor patience while this was being resolved.

Ive just registered and done my nominations for the first few events.
I was always under the impression that you had to have turned 14 to run at the prosin SA.
Yet this season the Saal have a category for under 14 on the rego form and theres races programmed for the second and third events.
Just curious as to wether this rule has been changed.Does under 14 mean you can be only 10 and run

Inside cover of the noms book says athletes need to be 12 years or older to compete. I guess that means noone under 12.

Must be a change the league has made for this season to compensate for the fall out of the Santos track being closed.
Pretty sure age limit was always 14
