2011. Whyalla : will be sunny and hot but a good wine from the spectators, maybe a top barossa wine will get the nod for the final and will be good meat to see who is cooking well. mt gambier: will be decided in the night time when the darkness "shadows" in a fierce battle of the minds as to which disc jockie will pull the best spins on the wheels of life.
Bay Sheffield : The wind will be a head wind, the beer tent will be packed and the betting fierce, I pick the bookies to make some good cash this year and come out on top of all and do the damage.
2012 : well will there be a 2012? going by the mayan calender i think they will do the damage.

Hope everyone is fit and healthy and ready for a good season. Smile good luck to all.

The ones who will do the REAL damage won't be heard of on here. They're quietly going about their business. Will hear about them when they win!! Wink

Caldow would have to have another dramatic improvement to come close again this year.
I think youngys been slow cooking the likes of brett richard. I'd watch him this year.

I agree that youngy will be unleashing B Richards around december time. Went into hiding about mid last season, after being a little injured..

But we all know that "gossip Girl" is the massive danger and wants word of the competition Cool

Aaron Neale, have a look at him first up!

Koschade, gets injured when he begins to fly, unlikely to get injured with Tamo.

Ryan Hancock might decide to win a race...

Cibich could have improved ALOT from last year if he's been doing the right work.

Long-scafidi was virtually unseen after VERY solid win at mt.g. If been comitted, will go to town this year.

Cocks boys, all class and growing up.

Who else...

Kochade will run like he did last year. Wont improve. Too old now. Look to the young guys.
Big improvers - Brusnahan, Caldow, Richards, Sinclair etc

Koschade isn't to old. Remember what Tippens did that year. If he can stay injury free, he has to be considered. There were a few runners who had a quite year last year either due to injury or form. I wouldn't suprise me of one of them popped up. For example a previous Bay Sheffield Winner!

Yes, I do.

Minimal changes from last year. 15 on the list however there's one in Perth until 2012, another injured his knee playing school boy rugby so will be out for the season and another is having trouble combining his work with training which will no doubt affect his capacity to compete this season, which leaves us with 12 'current' active athletes. Training steadily, too soon in the track program to know if there'll be any stand-outs.

If anyone starts flying, "aussie", you'll be the first to know, just give me your number and I'll give you a call. Suspect

They've all got talent of some sort. Some can play a musical instrument, some can tell a good gag, others can sing, one can recite poetry.....Running wise, we're just battlers. So like I said, we haven't picked up anyone of any note. Mad

And that's as much as I'm saying about YGTS.

Look to other squads and have a fish around, I'm sure there's some more interesting additions and athletes worth looking into than YGTS.
